Aerospace OEM

A320 Functional Test Module (Duplicate Station)

Replicated an aging functional test station for an aircraft thrust system. We replaced end-of-life instruments with a new AC power supply and function generator, rebuilt the control box to the original wiring spec, modernized the LabVIEW software, and rewrote password-locked subVIs left behind when the original vendor retired.

Aerospace Component Supplier

Static Test Bench for Flow Control Valve

Replaced an open-bench manual test (operating at up to 100 psi) with a fully enclosed, automated rig. The test sequence follows the client's CMM spec; results are auto-saved to the client's server. Roughly 5× faster per test cycle, plus a significant safety improvement.

Part of the Static Test Bench delivery. We designed and wired a custom enclosure housing the controller, relays, power supply, and DAQ, along with pneumatic valve control. Everything laid out for serviceability and long-term field reliability.

Yes — upgrades, duplications, and rebuilds of legacy systems are routine for us. We've replaced EOL instruments, rewritten password-locked subVIs, and added modern reporting to manual stations without disrupting production.

Aerospace, semiconductor, smart-city infrastructure (HDB / PWCS / SolarNova), oil & gas, medical devices, automotive, logistics, and R&D labs. If the problem fits our expertise, the industry usually isn't the constraint.

We offer post-deployment support, software updates, and feature additions. Many of our systems have been running in production for years with occasional upgrades as client needs evolve.
