The product board consist of 3 modules, Main Board, Terminal Board and Sensor Board. Each product board has 7 to 14 functional tests. Within each tests, there are 4 to 30 test steps.
TestStand and LabVIEW is used to automate the test process. HART, RS-232, NI-DAQ and USB communication is used in product and instrumentations control. Instruments used are programmable digital multimeter, digital power meter, digital multiplexer and NI-DIO.
